4. License to Use

  • Permanent Access: Once purchased, you have lifetime access to all premium features with no expiration date.
  • Future Updates: Your lifetime purchase includes all future feature updates and improvements at no additional cost.
  • Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital products, lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or app store policies.

7.2 Auto-Renewable Monthly Subscription Terms

  • 7-Day Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial of the Monthly Premium subscription. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
  • Trial to Paid: After the 7-day free trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at $4.99 USD per month unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your monthly subscription will automatically renew every month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account after the free trial ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of each monthly period.
  • Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent renewals after your current subscription period expires.
  • Free Content: Core games remain free to play with no limitations. All premium options are optional and only unlock additional features.

7.3 Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

Important: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

  3. Tap "Subscriptions"

  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

7.4 Refunds

  • Refund Policy: All subscription purchases are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • No Direct Refunds: We cannot directly process refunds for subscriptions purchased through app stores. You must request refunds through Apple or Google.
  • Apple Refunds: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support
  • Google Refunds: Request through Google Play Store within 48 hours of purchase, or contact Google Play Support

8. Availability and Updates

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App
  • Since the games are free, our liability is limited to $0 in most cases

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
