Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Dueto - Dual Camera Vlog application.
1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Dueto - Dual Camera Vlog ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dava.life regarding your use of the App.
2Description of Service
Dueto Features:
- • Simultaneous front + back camera recording (PiP & split screen)
- • Wide + close-up zoom capture
- • Vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) export from one take
- • Live filters and standard camera tools
- • Watermark-free export to your photo library
Dueto is a video recording app that captures two cameras at once for vlogs, reactions, and everyday storytelling. Simultaneous multi-camera capture requires a supported device.
3Device Requirements & Permissions
To function, the App needs your permission to use the camera, microphone, and photo library. You can manage these permissions at any time in your device settings, but some features will not work without them.
Simultaneous dual-camera recording is only available on devices that support it (for example, iPhone XS / A12 and newer). On unsupported devices, some modes may be unavailable.
4Your Content and Responsibility
You own your recordings:
Everything you record and export with Dueto belongs to you. Your videos are processed on your device — we do not claim any rights to them and cannot access them.
You are solely responsible for what you record and how you use it. You agree that you will not use the App to:
- Record people without any consent that the law requires
- Violate anyone's privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
- Create or share unlawful, harassing, or harmful content
- Break any recording, wiretapping, or data-protection laws that apply to you
5Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise its security
- Interfere with the App's normal operation
6Purchases & Pro Upgrade
Dueto is free to download and use. A future update may offer an optional one-time Pro (Lifetime) upgrade for a single payment (planned at $9.99, subject to change). All payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms.
Purchase Terms:
- • The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no auto-renewal
- • Once purchased, Pro features remain unlocked on your account
- • You can restore your purchase on a new device via the store
- • Refunds are subject to App Store / Google Play policies
- • Pricing and included features may change before or after release
7Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by dava.life and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App itself without our written permission. This does not affect your ownership of the videos you create.
8Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice:
Dueto is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for lost recordings, missed captures, or device-specific limitations. Always test important shots before you rely on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dava.life disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9App Store Compliance
Your use of the App must comply with the Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and the store terms, the store terms prevail for issues related to that store.

10Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate your access to the App for violation of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but any videos already saved to your device remain yours.
11Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.
